% 01.08.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits the relief in the present proceedings to a direction to the East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) to consider his application seeking permission to remove his goods and belongings from the subject premises bearing House No. D-1/46, New Ashok Nagar, Delhi, that are lying sealed. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the EDMC states, if a representation is received, in this behalf, the same shall be disposed of, in accordance with law, within two weeks thereafter, under intimation to the petitioner.
