% 08.08.2016 The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition to seek a direction to the police to provide her protection to her, her husband and her in-laws against threats being issued by respondent Nos. 2 and 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that today itself while the petitioner was seeking to enter the court premises, she has been taken away by respondent Nos. 2 and 3. It is seen that respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are residents of Rajashtan and Delhi Police has no jurisdiction over the place situated in Rajasthan.

In these circumstances, in my view, no orders can be passed in the present petition, at this stage when the petitioner herself is allegedly kidnapped by respondent Nos. 2 and 3. It is open to the petitioner to take

appropriate steps in this regard by filing a complaint at PS Tilak Marg and take other steps, such as, filing habeas corpus petition. This petition is disposed of as infructuous.
