The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.30/2011 registered under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B IPC at PS Special Cell. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the complainant in person and have examined the file. By an order dated 08.08.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has joined the investigation since then. 3.

During the course of arguments, the complainant when specifically asked if he has any objection to the grant of bail, he BAIL APPLN. 1601/2016

informed that he has no objection to the grant of bail as the petitioner was not known to him.

Learned APP informs that there is no incriminating evidence against the present petitioner and his involvement has emerged only in the disclosure statement. She has no objection to the grant of bail. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
