O R D E R

% 22.09.2016 Learned counsel for the State submits that the order dated 11.03.2016 passed by the Secretary, DLSA (West) is factually incorrect inasmuch as it proceeds on the basis that the petitioner has received compensation of Rupees One Lakh from the convict. However, the convict had not paid the said amount and he has since passed away.

Mr. Mehra, on instructions from Mr. Dharmesh Sharma, Secretary, DLSA, states that in view of the aforesaid position, the DLSA shall release the amount of Rupees One Lakh to the petitioner. The petitioner may, accordingly, approach the DLSA and the said

amount shall be released to her without any delay. The said amount would be in addition to the amount received by the petitioner from the MACT Court. Petition stands disposed of.
