Learned counsel appearing for Ministry of External Affairs has filed the counter affidavit. The same is taken on record. 2.
Learned counsel for Ministry of External Affairs submits that there is no error in the documents issued by the Ministry and error, if any, may be with the passport that was issued by the Government of Thailand. 3.
Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that the error in the documents issued by the Government of Thailand has already been corrected by the said Government.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the affidavit of the Ministry of External Affairs, he does not wish to press the present petition.
