% 21.04.2017 Ex.P.380/2014 Pursuant to previous order dated 27.03.2017, original suit file has been received. Same was summoned to see the jurisdictional value of the suit, as it was not clear as to what is the sum involved in the present execution petition.

Perusal of original suit reveals that jurisdictional value of the original suit was Rs.1,00,00,130/-. Thus the sum involved in the present execution will be considered to be less than Rs.2 crore. Therefore in view of minutes of the meeting of Hon'ble Judges (Original Side) held on 20.10.2016, which has been approved by Hon'ble Chief Justice on 17.11.2016, present execution petition is to be transferred to concerned district court.
