It was recorded by this Court that counsel for plaintiff stated that they were not getting any instructions from the plaintiff and sought discharge. On 29th August, 2023, court notice was issued to plaintiff. 2.

On 14th December, 2023, however, none appeared on behalf of plaintiff despite advocate for defendant no.1 having entered appearance on 04th September, 2023 before the Joint Registrar. It seems that plaintiff is not interested in pursuing the suit.

Accordingly, the suit and applications are dismissed for nonprosecution. 4.
