This matter is listed today on an office note, seeking clarification of judgment dated 19th May 2025, in which the following directions were passed: 2.

It is noted that inadvertently the said direction did not include the amount of interest which would have accrued on the amount lying deposited. 3.

An amount of Rs.3.6 lakhs was deposited in terms of order dated 23rd January 2009.

Accordingly, the said judgment dated 19th May 2025 stands modified and shall read as under:

"34. Application has been filed by respondent seeking release of the amount of Rs.3.6 lakhs which was deposited in terms of order dated 23rd January 2009. Judgment dated 19th May 2025 stands clarified with the aforesaid rectification.
