registered at PS Ghazipur respectively on the ground that the parties have settled the matter.

A status report has been filed. As per the status report the petitioner Bablu Kumar Tiwari is a BC of the area and involved in nine other cases besides the two mentioned above. Considering the previous involvements of the petitioner Bablu Kumar Tiwari, this Court is not inclined to quash the above-noted FIR on the basis of compromise.

Petitions are dismissed.
