% 25.04.2017 The minor children have been produced by respondent No.3, who is present in Court with his counsel. Respondent No.3 has produced the assignment copies of the children to show to the Court that the children have been attending the school. Prima-facie, we are satisfied with the same. Since the children have been produced and they are in the custody of

their father, no further orders are called for in the present petition. It shall be open to the parties to pursue their rights in appropriate forum in relation to custody of the minor children and other issues pending between them.
