I have perused the order. The suit property is situated in village Jagatpur Extension which falls in Central District. Hence, the suit is transferred to the Central District.

In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 21st July, 2016 for further directions.
