2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the Court is of the view that the disputes can be referred to a sole Arbitrator. The objection that the Respondent has raised in its reply as regards limitation can certainly be raised before the learned Arbitrator in accordance with law. 3.The Court accordingly appoints Mr. Prem Kumar, former Additional District Judge (Mobile No. 9873176030) as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties including their claims and counter-claims. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International ARB.P. 490/2016

Arbitration Centre ('DAC'). The fees of the learned Arbitrator will be in terms of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre (Arbitrators' Fees) Rules.
