% 29.05.2017 Crl. M.A. 9332/2017 in BAIL APPLN. 686/2017 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking withdrawal of the bail application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge sheet has already been filed before the Trial Court. He further submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and in view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court, if desires, as per law. The present bail application is disposed of accordingly. The date already fixed stands cancelled.
