$~24 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + W.P.(CRL) 2392/2016 KUMAR PAL ..... Petitioner Through:
Mr. Sitab Ali Chaudhary, Adv.
Versus
STATE ..... Respondent Through:
Mr. R.S. Kundu, ASC with Mr. Ankit Gulia and Ms. G. Kumar, Advs.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 20.09.2016 By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to get his daughter admitted in a school.
Petitioner's daughter has studied in Priya Siksha Niketan Jr. High School till 8th Class and the transfer certificate has been issued on 31st March, 2016.
Learned ASC for the State submits that period of admission session is March-April and now in September admissions are closed. Petitioner has not given name of the school in which he wants to get his daughter admitted, inasmuch as, admission session appears to be over. Accordingly, I am of the view that no fruitful purpose would be served in granting parole to the petitioner.
Writ petition is dismissed.
