% 12.08.2016 Petitioner seeks parole for three months on the ground that he has to take care of his old and ailing mother. A perusal of nominal roll shows that during this year petitioner has availed 2 weeks of furlough in the month of February, 4 weeks of parole in the month of March and 3 weeks of furlough in the month of June. Accordingly, I am of the view that no case of grant of parole is made out.

Writ petition is dismissed.
