The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"a) call for the lower court record pertaining to the case under section 145 Cr.P.C. from the court of SDM, (Saket), New Delhi in case State Vs. U.K. Shukla & Anr. bearing case No. 118/SDM/HK/2012/25492550 dated 15.4.2014. b) Set aside the impugned order dated 15.04.2014 passed by Sh. Kannan Gopinathan, SDM (Saket), M.B. Road, New Delhi in the above case.

c) Set aside the order dated 25.07.2014 passed by Shri Manoj Jain, ASJ, Saket, in Criminal Revision No. 20/2014 titled "M/s. Goodluck Estates (Plaintiff) Ltd. through Shri U. K. Shukla Vs. Govt. of N.C.T. of Delhi & anr.".

d) Any other order or orders which this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper, in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed."
