The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.690/2014 registered under Sections 376/506 IPC at PS Paschim Vihar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2014. There is delay in lodging the FIR.

The prosecutrix and her parents have already been examined.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall not contact the prosecutrix and other witnesses.

He shall not criminally intimidate them in any manner.

The bail application stands disposed of.
