% 02.05.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner has confirmed that the entire amount has been paid in compliance with the orders dated 3rd March, 2016 and 1st April, 2016 and no further amount is due as per the petitioner.

Thus, the petitioner does not want to press this petition as well as the contempt petition any further.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is accordingly disposed of as also the contempt petition.
