% 20.05.2016 CM No.19564/2016 This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of the present petition. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 13677/2009 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking setting aside of office order No.349/2009 dated 23.11.2009. The petitioner further seeks directions to the respondent to be regularized in the seniority list prior to passing of order dated 23.11.2009. Mr.O.N. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has issued letter dated 25.04.2016 and in view of the said letter, he does not want to pursue the present petition and the

same be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and application bearing No.19564/2016 for withdrawal of the present petition, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. V.P.VAISH, J MAY 20, 2016/gm
