% 05.12.2016 Registry has reported that respondent nos.3 to 5 have been served by speed post.

Respondent nos.3 & 4 are the parents of petitioner no.1. Respondent no.5 is her uncle. All of them are living at the same address. Respondent no.5 has been served by speed post. No one appears for respondent nos.3 to 5.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that pursuant to order dated 11th August, 2016, beat staff has been sensitized. Telephone numbers of beat staff, division officer and SHO have already been provided to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instruction from the petitioners present in Court, submits that presently no threats are being

received.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with direction to SHO PS Khajoori Khas to ensure the safety of the petitioners, after assessing the threat perception. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
