% 23.01.2017 Learned counsel for respondent no.1/North DMC under a telephonic instruction submits that 11 slabs on the roof of the second floor now stand demolished; this demolition action has been taken on 05.12.2016. Her submission is that this satisfies the case of the petitioner as the petitioner has a residence on first floor and he is fully aware of the action which has been taken by respondent no.1. None has appeared for the petitioner.

Matter has been called twice.

Noting the above submission of learned counsel for respondent no.1 no further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
