% 10.08.2016 The abovementioned petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. An advance copy of the petition was served to the respondents. However, no one appears on their behalf when the matter is taken up. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier also, the petition under Section 27 of the Act being O.M.P. (E) (COMM.) No.3/2016 filed by the same petitioner was allowed by this Court vide order dated 18th May, 2016. Under these circumstances, there is no impediment to allow the prayer made in the present petition.

In view of the averments made in the petition, the prayer made therein is allowed. The Registry would issue summons to the witnesses, the details of whom are mentioned in para 4(D) of the petition, to appear before the

Arbitral Tribunal of Justice R.C.Chopra (Retd.) at A-384, Lower Ground Floor, Defence Colony, New Delhi-110024 on 1st September, 2016 at 3.30 p.m. or any other date(s) as may be fixed by the Arbitral Tribunal. The petition is accordingly disposed of. Dasti. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
