Counsels for the parties jointly state that the dispute in the present petition is squarely covered by the decision of the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.10513/2016 entitled "Monu Tomar vs. UOI and Ors." decided on 13.07.2017. They submit that a similar submission has been recorded in W.P.(C) 11113/2016, that was disposed of on 11.10.2017 in view of the decision of the Supreme Court in the captioned case. 2.

Copies of the order dated 11.10.2017 passed in the captioned petition and judgment dated 13.07.2017, passed by the Supreme Court in the case of Monu Tomar (supra) are handed over. Learned counsel states that compliances of the order of the Supreme Court have already been made. Copies of the aforesaid orders are taken on record. W.P.(C) 8322/2016

The present petition is disposed of in view of the aforesaid submission alongwith the pending applications.
