This petition has been filed in the year 2018 seeking quashing of FIR No.579/2014 dated 31.05.2014, registered under Sections 354(A)(1) IPC and Section 8 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, at PS: Govind Puri and the proceedings emanating therefrom. 4.

Learned APP for the State submits that in the meantime 9 prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

It appears that the Petitioners are not interest in prosecuting the present petition.

Petition stands dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. Pending application also stands disposed of.
