% 02.05.2017 Mr. Mehra has tendered in court the status report, which is taken on record. The daughter of the petitioner Rinki for whose production the present writ petition has been preferred, has been produced. Rinki, who is present in court, states that she is residing with the petitioner. Her statement has also been recorded before the learned Magistrate and consequent thereupon section 376 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO have been added against the accused Ved Prakash Gupta in FIR No.138/2017, which was initially registered on 11.03.2017 u/s 363 IPC at PS Sahbad Dairy.

Since Rinki has been produced and she has returned to her parental home, this petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
