% 23.09.2016 The present writ petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice dated 21st May, 2012.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the event, the respondent-DDA is agreeable to dispose of the show cause notice within a strict time-frame, he would not press the present writ petition.
Learned counsel for the respondent-DDA has no objection to the same.
Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-DDA to decide the show cause notice dated 21st May, 2012 in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks.
