This is an Application filed on behalf of the Respondent No.1 for release of balance 50% amount deposited by the Appellant with the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that the present Appeal was dismissed by the Court on 22.08.2024 and thus the amount of balance compensation should be released.

Issue Notice.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the amounts as deposited be released in favour of the Applicant/Respondent No.1 in terms of the judgment passed by the MACT Tribunal on 01.06.2016. 5.

It is so directed.

The Respondent No.1 is at liberty to take all appropriate steps for the release of the said amount.
