The present application has been filed by the petitioner for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.267/2016, under Sections 323/341/308/506/34 IPC, Police Station South Rohini. In the present case, the allegations levelled are that on the day of incident, three persons including the petitioner came in a car with an iron rod, baseball bat and wooden danda and they along with other associates started beating the complainant party. There is no specific injury attributed to the petitioner/accused and there is no specific allegation that the petitioner caused head

injury which led to the registration of the FIR under Section 308 IPC. In the facts and circumstances, the application is allowed. It is ordered that in the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

The petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required and not to tamper with the evidence or influence the prosecution witnesses. He is further directed not to leave the country without prior permission of the Court concerned. Bail application is disposed of accordingly.
