RC.REV. 125/2014, C.M. No.5360/2015 & C.M. No.6682/2015 After some arguments, it has been agreed that the godown in the property bearing no.5899-5900, Basti Harphool Singh, Qasabpura Sadar Bazar, Delhi-11006 will be vacated by the petitioner on or before 31.12.2016. In this intervening period user charges @ Rs.15,000/- per month shall be paid by the petitioner to the landlord. At the time of handing over vacant and physical possession of the suit premises to the landlord all electricity and water charges shall be cleared by the petitioner. Petitioner undertakes to pay the user charges on or before 7th day of each english calendar month. All these facts shall be incorporated in an undertaking in the form of an affidavit to be furnished by the petitioner within a period

of 10 days from today with advance copy to the respondent/landlord. Petition disposed of.
