CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAJMI WAZIRI
O R D E R
% 05.09.2016 Mrs. Rekha Palli, learned Senior Advocate for the respondent No. 3 submits that the issue as to whether the petitioner would qualify for benefits under the second and third MACP is yet to be determined. She submits that the petitioner has not met the requisite benchmark of „good‟. It is not in dispute that the petitioner has already been granted the first ACP. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the copies of ACRs were never communicated to the petitioner and should the same be communicated to the petitioner, she would pursue her remedies as per law. Let the ACRs, of the petitioner of the relevant years be supplied to her as well as to her counsel within two weeks from today. It will be open to the petitioner to pursue legal remedies, as may be available to her.
The petition is disposed off in terms of the above. This Court expresses no view on the merits of the case. NAJMI WAZIRI, J SEPTEMBER 05, 2016/acm
