The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.148/2016 registered under Sections 419/420/468/471/120B IPC at PS Sadar Bazar. Status report not filed. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 11.04.2016. The car in question has since been recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that it has been sold and substantial loan amount has been satisfied.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
