versus DELHI URBAN SHELTER IMPROVEMENT BOARD AND ORS.
..... Respondents Through:

CORAM:
HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE C.HARI SHANKAR
O R D E R
% 10.08.2018 1.
Merely because continuously for last more than four years tender is being allotted to one of the Respondents, in the absence of there being any specific allegations of illegalities or malafide, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter in a public interest litigation, particularly, when the tender has been awarded to the private Respondent after due publication and after following a transparent process.
2.
In case the Petitioner feels that there is any illegality or irregularity in the working of the tender or the contract in question, he should come out with specific details about the illegalities or irregularities and this Court W.P.(C) 8321/2018
would then examine it only when specific allegations are made. On the face of the vague and unspecified general allegations, we are not inclinded to go into the matter.
3.
The petition stands dismissed.
THE CHIEF JUSTICE C.HARI SHANKAR, J AUGUST 10, 2018 „anb‟ W.P.(C) 8321/2018
