% 02.09.2016 Crl.M.A. 13618/2016 (Exemption) Application is allowed subject to just exceptions. Crl.M.C. 3187/2016 & Crl.M.A. 13619/2016 (Stay) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 10.05.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge and order dated 06.04.2016 passed by the Trial Court. Vide order dated 06.04.2016, the Trial Court allowed the application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner subject to cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid in NDDLSA. Against the imposition of cost, the petitioner filed a revision petition which was dismissed vide order dated 10.05.2016.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a poor person and has no means to pay such an excessive cost.

In the facts and circumstances, the cost imposed of Rs.10,000/- upon the petitioner vide order dated 06.04.2016 is reduced to Rs.5,000/-.

Consequently, the present petition is disposed of. Application Crl.M.A. 13619/2016 is also disposed of. P.S.TEJI, J SEPTEMBER 02, 2016 dd
