The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.25/2015 registered under Section 376 IPC & Section 4 POCSO Act at PS Uttam Nagar, Delhi. Status report not filed. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2015. Statement of the complainant / prosecutrix has already been recorded. The victim was aged around 16 years on the day of incident. The petitioner and the prosecutrix were acquainted with each other. BAIL APPLN. 781/2017

Physical relations took place between the two on several occasions albeit on the alleged promise to marry.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
