None appears for the appellant when the matter is called out. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents points out to this Court the order dated 03rd February, 2025, which reads as under:- "1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant submits that cost of Rs.20,000/- payable to the Respondents No. 3 and 4 has been paid, a fact acknowledged by learned counsel appearing for Respondents No. 3 and 4. However, counsel for the Appellant is unsure if the cost of Rs.7,500/- imposed vide order dated 01.09.2023 has been paid to the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee. If the order is not complied with, the Appellant will ensure that the needful be done within a period of one week from today.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondents No. 3 and 4 submits that Respondent No.1 expired on 24.02.2022 and Respondent No. 2 expired on 21.11.2017, however, despite several orders of this Court, appropriate steps have not been taken by the appellant for bringing on record the legal heirs of either of the said Respondents. 2.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant seeks and is granted one week's time, as a last opportunity, to take appropriate steps.

A perusal of the aforesaid order shows that respondent no. 1 had expired on 24th February, 2022, and respondent no. 2 had expired on 21st November, 2017. However, despite several opportunities, appropriate steps have not been taken by the appellant for bringing on record the legal heirs of the said respondents.

It is to be noted by way of the order dated 03 February, 2025, a last opportunity of one week was granted by this Court to the appellant to file the requisite applications. However, no steps in regard thereto have been taken on behalf of the appellant.

Accordingly, the present appeal, along with the pending application, is dismissed as abated.
