CM(M) 774/2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 29.07.2016. His submission is that this order and the previous orders passed by the Principal Judge, Family Courts, Karkardooma Courts infact do not highlight the issues which are before the Principal Judge, Family Court. On one pretext or the other, the matter is not taken up for hearing. The application under section 26 of the HM Act is pending since 30.11.2013. Pleadings are also complete. In view of the said position the learned Family Judge will expedite the hearing on the aforenoted application under section 26 of

the said Act and after conclusion of the hearing, will pass a speaking order on the said application within an outer limit of 2 months from the date of receipt of this order. Family Judge is also expected to comply with the directions in true letter and spirit. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
