O R D E R

% 08.07.2017 The learned Tribunal vide its order dated 09.06.2016 has awarded compensation of Rs.1,03,86,078/- along with accrued interest to the claimant. This award has been challenged in the present appeal. It is stated by the learned counsel for the insurance company that they had already deposited an amount of Rs.81,35,913/- . During the negotiations both the parties had agreed that the insurance company shall now further deposit an amount of Rs.12 lakh so as to make the total amount deposited to be Rs.93,35,913/- payable to the respondent No.1 in full and final settlement of the award by the learned tribunal. Let the amount be deposited within 45 days by the

insurance company before the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee lest interest @ 9% on the aforesaid amount shall be payable from the date of default. On deposit of the amount of Rs.12 lakh the claim petition shall stand satisfied and the amount be released to the claimant(s). The statutory deposit, if any, be released to the insurance company. The appeal stands disposed of. Order dasti.
