% 30.10.2018 Implementation of demolition order of 7th April, 2017 in respect of subject property is sought by petitioner's counsel. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the subject property has been sealed and it has not been demolished because the matter is sub judice before the Appellate Tribunal MCD (ATMCD) for 1st March, 2019 in Appeal No.857/2017 titled Tahura Ali Javed v. NDMC. In view of aforesaid, no further orders are called for in this petition. As such, this petition and the pending application are accordingly dismissed.
