% 30.11.2016 The petitioner has preferred this petition to seek a direction to the respondents, namely, Commissioner - North Delhi Municipal Corporation to decide the representation of the petitioner and grant sanction to the petitioner to prosecute respondent nos.3 to 5 under Section 7, 10, 11 and 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act read with relevant provisions of the IPC. On the last date, time had been sought to file the reply. Today, learned counsel for the respondent has tendered in court the order dated 29.11.2016 passed by the Commissioner - North Delhi Municipal Corporation, whereby the said representation of the petitioner has been rejected.

In view of the aforesaid position, this petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner shall examine the said order and, if necessary, file a separate proceeding to assail the same. Dismissed.
