% 20.12.2016 Petitioner and respondent No.3 are present in Court. They submit that they have entered into an amicable settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 6th December, 2016. Settlement agreement has been placed on record. Parties identify their signatures on each page of the settlement agreement which has been placed on record. They further undertake to the Court that they would comply with the terms of the settlement. The undertaking is accepted by the Court. In view of the settlement, counsel for the petitioner does not press this

petition.

Accordingly, the present petition and pending application are dismissed as not pressed. The Court appreciates the efforts put in by the learned Mediator, the parties and their counsel for early resolution of the matter. Dasti.
