This application is dismissed as prayer for revival of the appeal cannot be entertained at this stage because the amount deposited is only Rs.13,00,000/- which in any case is short of Rs. 1 lac so far principal amount is concerned with the additional fact that appellant had to deposit interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of incident i.e 1.6.2014 on the amounts of Rs.8,15,400/- and Rs.5,84,800/-, and which admittedly has not been done.
