This suit is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 26.02.2016 entered into between the parties before Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

A decree be drawn in terms of the settlement agreement. If there are issues of non-compliance of any terms of the concerned decree passed today, that aspect will be looked into in an appropriate proceedings including execution proceedings, if so required. 3.

The suit is accordingly disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 26.02.2016.
