% 06.01.2017 Petitioner seeks parole for maintaining social ties with his family members and friends.
Address of petitioner has been verified. Petitioner was released on parole in the month of January, 2016. It is not the case that he has misused the concession of parole granted to him. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Superintendent Jail. During the parole period, petitioner shall report to SHO PS Mandawali once a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:00 am.
On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
