% 28.04.2016 It is submitted by learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, under instructions from the Investigating Officer of the case that only one witness remains to be examined. It is, however, submitted by counsel for the petitioner that two of the accused who were earlier declared proclaimed offenders have been arrested and therefore all the witnesses have been recalled. That being so, it will take a long time for completion of trial.

In view of the above change in circumstances, it will be desirable that the petitioner move appropriate application before the Trial Court concerned who, shall however, consider the application in accordance with law.
