% 12.09.2018 The petitioner states that he will promptly deposit the licenced gun with the Armourer by tomorrow evening and supply a copy of the deposit receipt to the Arms Licensing Unit tomorrow itself. Let it be so done. Ms. Kamna Vohra, the learned ASC for the State submits that the petitioner's reply to the Show Cause Notice is being considered and an order is expected in the next four weeks. Additionally, this petition shall be treated as a representation by the Delhi Police. If feeling aggrieved, the petitioner will be free to pursue his legal remedies as per law. No further orders are required at this stage. The petition is disposed off in the above terms.
