After some arguments, an acceptable resolution has emerged which is stated hereafter.

It is seen that the Lal Quarters has a main gate, which is reflected in a photograph produced today. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X'. The learned counsel appearing for the National Building Construction Corporation (hereafter 'the NBCC') states that the road depicted in the said photograph, which is currently been used as a parking lot, will be taken over; but, the NBCC will ensure that there is full excess to the gate as
appearing in the photograph and the egress and ingress to the Lal Quarters from that gate will be facilitated. He further states that on the project being completed, there would be two broad roads that will lead to the said gate. He has also produced a map of the area and has indicated those roads by marking the same by red lines drawn in free hand. The said map is taken on record.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that there is no further grievance of the petitioner that requires to be addressed at this stage.

The learned counsel appearing for the NBCC states that there is also some encroachment by the residents for which notices have already been issued by NDMC. The petitioner/residents of the Lal Quarters have already responded to the said notices. NDMC shall consider the said response(s) and pass a reasoned order(s) before taking any precipitate steps. 5.
Needless to state that if the petitioner or its members (residents of the Lal Quarters) are aggrieved in respect of the said orders, they are at liberty to take recourse to the remedies as available in law. 6.
The petition and the application are disposed of with the above observations.
