% 10.01.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition, in view of the fact that vide order dated 10.04.2017 in W.P.(C) No. 2966/2017 titled as Vikram Bakshi & Company Pvt. Ltd. vs. Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd. and Ors., the order dated 20.03.2017 passed by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal has been stayed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that accordingly, he would raise all the contentions and issues before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. In case of any adverse order, he would challenge the same in accordance with law and if required necessary, the petitioner would file a fresh writ petition.
In view of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner,
the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without expressing any opinion on merits. Liberty is granted.
