% 15.11.2017 I.A.13368/2017 This application is filed under Order 23 Rule 3 read with Section 151 CPC for seeking passing of a decree in terms of the settlement agreement entered into between the parties dated 15.09.2017. It has been urged by the parties that before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre a settlement agreement dated 15.09.2017 was executed by the parties. The settlement agreement is duly signed by the parties, their respective counsel and by the learned Mediator. The settlement is legal and valid. The application is accordingly allowed. A decree is passed in terms of the settlement agreement. Decree-sheet shall incorporate the terms of the settlement agreement. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement . Suit stands disposed of.
