Learned counsel for the petitioner says that in terms of Clause 14 of the contract obtaining between the parties read with LCIA India Arbitration Rules, he would like to take appropriate steps for triggering the Arbitration Agreement.

Counsel says that, therefore, he would like to withdraw the captioned petition with liberty to approach the Court, if found necessary.
