% 22.08.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 5th September, 2014 passed in W.P.(C) No.5834/2014 whereby respondents were directed to investigate the matter with respect to alternative plot allotted to another person on the basis of the industrial unit being operated by the petitioner and communicate the results of inquiry/action to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no action has been taken till date.
Learned counsel for respondent no. 3, who appears on advance notice, states that the vigilance report has recommended cancellation of the alternative plot to the third party and the said recommendation has been accepted by the Competent Authority. She states that steps are being taken to cancel the allotment as well as for determination of the lease. She assures this Court that the entire process shall be completed within six weeks. The statements made by learned counsel for respondent no. 3 is accepted by this Court and respondent no. 3 is held bound by the same. In view of the aforesaid, present contempt petition and application are disposed of.
However, in the event the aforesaid statements are not complied with, petitioner is given liberty to seek revival of the present contempt petition. MANMOHAN, J AUGUST 22, 2016 rn
